Refunds and Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days after the invoice date, if the product isn't suitable for your application. The product must be returned in original condition (how we sold or sent it to you) and with our packaging. Full Refunds/Store Credit are not issued in this instance, however we can exchange it with another product. If an exchange product is not required, a refund may be issued subject to a 15% restocking fee (freight costs cannot be returned). Any product returned damaged or not in saleable condition will be assessed and an appropriate damage fee will apply. This policy excludes drop-shipped, clearance, sale items or special order products.

FAULTY PRODUCT

Any issue or fault with a product must be brought to our attention immediately by contacting us at sales@scarles.co.nz before any action is taken. We will then consider the best course of action, which may include you returning the product for inspection.

Once the item is received we will assess the fault. All faulty products will be inspected/tested by either the original manufacturer or a professional. This process time frame varies depending on the product. If the product is deemed a manufacture fault a full refund or replacement can be offered.

We do not cover any additional fitment costs, certification costs, extra parts or freight required to make the item fit or work or any loss of time/wages/business occurred. The product provided even if it is stated as a “direct fit” does not imply no additional parts maybe required.

TRADEME

Please note: Items sold on Trade Me are offered on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. As the factory warranty is no longer valid, we’re unable to provide additional cover on these products.
