CHANGE OF HEART?
We have a hassle free cash/bank returns policy. We accept returns within 30 days after the invoice date. Excludes dropshipped, clearance or sale items. No questions asked if the product is in original condition and with our packaging.

RETURNS?
We will pick up your product and return it to us free of charge. Contact us sales@scarles.co.nz for a return request.
FAULTY PRODUCT?
If you believe your item is faulty, you must contact sales@scarles.co.nz explaining the fault. Once the item is received we will assess the fault. All faulty products will be inspected/tested by either the original manufacturer for a professional. This process time frame varies depending on the product so please contact us beforehand.
