Wide-range damping adjustment provides multiple Settings that allow you to setup the suspension so the ride isn't too stiff through bumpy road conditions.
Provides 33 precise clicks adjustable damping and desired ride height adjustment.
SPRING All springs are imported from Japan, and made with specialized steel which come with high durability and high corrosion resistance.
The springs are put under stringent compression tests of 700,000 times before the final assembly with less than 5% deform rates!
For those enthusiasts want to achieve the most comfortable ride for daily driving, we provide barrel springs to enhance suspension system's ride quality.
Cold-bent springs made from high strength SAE9254 steel which keeps stable elastic modulus and with stand considerable twisting or bending forces without any distortion.
UPPER MOUNT Using hardened rubber upper mount which is made of high-pressure bearings and high-durability rubbers which is able to remove noise and to enhance ride comfort.
LOWER MOUNT We develop a design that closely to the original factory specs, especially ABS brake line mounting tabs. Also design camber angles to suit personal taste.
RIDE HEIGHT Ride height is determined by the position of the lower mount. Adjustable lower mount allows for height adjustability without losing suspension travel.
SHOCK ABSORBER OIL We use the high-viscosity damping oil -10W sourced from a renowned TW shock absorber manufacturer to prevent the high temperature failure for longer lasting performance.

Refunds and Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days after the invoice date, if the product isn't suitable for your application. The product must be returned in original condition (how we sold or sent it to you) and with our packaging. Cash Refunds/Store Credit are not issued in this instance, however we can exchange it with another product. This policy excludes drop-shipped, clearance, sale items or special order products. Any returns outside of these terms may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (freight costs cannot be returned).

FAULTY PRODUCT
Any issue or fault with a product must be brought to our attention immediately by contacting us at sales@scarles.co.nz before any action is taken. We will then consider the best course of action, which may include you returning the product for inspection.
Once the item is received we will assess the fault. All faulty products will be inspected/tested by either the original manufacturer or a professional. This process time frame varies depending on the product. If the product is deemed a manufacture fault a full credit or replacement can be offered.
We do not cover any additional fitment costs, certification costs, extra parts or freight required to make the item fit or work or any loss of time/wages/business occurred. The product provided even if it is stated as a “direct fit” does not imply no additional parts maybe required.
